Terms of Service - HaoHaoXueXi

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the HaoHaoXueXi platform and related services (the “Service”) operated by Hao Hao Xue Xi AI and Chinese Community AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account and Registration

Certain features require you to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
Provide valid payment information
Renewal and cancellation terms as described at the time of purchase and in your Stripe customer portal

Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable law. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your account or Stripe customer portal.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
Use automated means (e.g., bots, scrapers) without our prior written consent
Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Service or its content except as permitted
Resell or commercially exploit the Service without permission

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms or acceptable use.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, code, design, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for your personal, non-commercial learning only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE (AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) shall survive termination.

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
